Dr. Hj. Salma Munawwaroh, S.Pd.I., M.Pd.I., is an alumna of the Doctoral Program in Public Administration at Diponegoro University (UNDIP). She completed her doctoral studies in Public Administration at UNDIP in 2020. Previously, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Religious Education from STAIN Kudus and her Master’s degree in Islamic Education Management from UNSIQ Central Java in Wonosobo.
Throughout her career, Dr. Salma has extensive experience within the Ministry of Religious Affairs. She served as a staff member in the Madrasah Education Section (Mapenda) from 2007 to 2013. Subsequently, she held the position of General Functional Officer as a Curriculum Developer in the Madrasah Education Section at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Demak Regency from 2013 to 2021. Following that, she was entrusted as the Head of the Madrasah Education Section at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Kudus Regency in 2022.
Currently, Dr. Hj. Salma Munawwaroh, S.Pd.I., M.Pd.I., has been serving as the Head of the Islamic Religious Education Section (PAI) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Demak Regency since 2024. Her career demonstrates the tangible contributions of an alumna of the UNDIP Doctoral Program in Public Administration in strengthening religious education governance, public services, and government administration development within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
As an alumna of the UNDIP Doctoral Program in Public Administration, Dr. Salma exemplifies a graduate capable of integrating academic competence, bureaucratic experience, and public service dedication to support the improvement of religious education service quality in the regions.
